Hi, I’m Katie Langthorn—wife, boy mama, Realtor® turned Broker, business owner, and big believer that real estate should feel empowering, not overwhelming. I've spent the past nine years walking alongside buyers, sellers, and investors in all seasons of life, and I’m so grateful to do this work through a lens of faith, strategy, and care.
I’ve been in the real estate world since 2016, but this calling started long before I ever held a license. My husband, Spenser, and I always had a dream of building a real estate portfolio, and getting licensed was the first step in building a future with flexibility for the family we hoped to grow. That dream was hard-fought—we've been on a decade-long infertility journey, & are gratefully parents to our son, Braden, and we carry the memory of our angel babies close. It’s been a journey marked by faith, heartbreak, healing, and so many answered prayers.
Professionally, I’m a licensed Texas Broker and co-owner of Haven + Lane Realty Group, a collective of likeminded agents who believe in doing real estate differently. Together, our group has sold over $100 million in real estate across 200+ transactions, but it’s not the numbers that fuel us—it’s the people. I’ve built my business on long-term relationships, not quick wins. You won’t find high-pressure sales tactics here. Just clear communication, real data, intentional strategy, and an honest, “let’s figure this out together” kind of partnership.
I specialize in residential real estate throughout Montgomery County, Houston, and Bryan/College Station—an area I originally chose for its strength as an investment market and its close-to-home feel. Whether you’re relocating, upsizing, downsizing, buying your first home, or making a legacy move, I’m here to help you navigate every step with confidence.
Before I built my brand, I led a high-performing team that closed nearly $80M/year. While I’m proud of that success, I saw firsthand how traditional team models can burn agents (and clients) out. That’s what inspired me to create a model that’s collaborative but not rigid—where mentorship, autonomy, and sustainability can all thrive. Now, I get to mentor other agents, equip them with systems that actually work, and still be the kind of present mom and wife I always wanted to be.
When I’m not negotiating contracts or sending you perfectly-timed memes during your home search, you can usually find me outside—biking with Braden, hiking a trail, or sitting on the patio with a good marg in hand. I love trying new restaurants, traveling to places with charm and character, and soaking up the simple joys of life at home (even if it’s rarely picture-perfect). My giant double doodle, Orbit—named after the Astros mascot—is always nearby, keeping things light and furry.
My faith shapes everything I do. I believe in showing up with integrity, speaking truth with love, and keeping people at the heart of this business. This isn’t just about houses—it’s about helping families grow into the next version of their lives with peace and clarity. Whether you’re moving into your first home or saying goodbye to one that holds decades of memories, I count it a privilege to walk that road with you.
I don’t take it lightly when someone invites me into such a personal part of their story. That’s why my job isn’t just to unlock doors—it’s to make sure you feel supported, informed, and like you’re actually having fun along the way. If you're the kind of person who appreciates honesty, likes a little humor with your home search, and wants an agent who works hard behind the scenes so your experience feels unfussed and clear, we’re probably a good fit.
Thanks for stopping by—I’d love to connect whenever you’re ready!
