"It is always stressful moving and trying to figure out how to sell a house just adds to that. My wife and I are so grateful to have used Katie to sell our house as it made our move much easier. We were relocating for a work assignment and were not sure if we wanted to sell our house or rent it out. In our first meeting to discuss the options of selling or renting, Katie had all the material with comps of what we could expect from selling the house and estimates of what we could rent it for. Based on this information we decided to sell the house and worked out our target price. Katie went thought the house and provided a list of suggestions for minor improvements that would make the house more desirable to potential buyers. At the time, we were out of the country, looking to move to the US on a relatively short timeline, so almost all the housing search was done remotely. Katie offered to help us in every possible way with matters that required someone to be present in person. We appreciated her calm, thorough, and circumspect approach to the process. Whenever our progress appeared to slow, or we were about to hit a roadblock, Katie always found a way to get things back on track. I have also found that at times she even picked up the slack of other intermediaries (!) for the sake of keeping the process moving. She also provided us with a detailed timeline and to-do list, which made our workload predictable and manageable. We found this extremely valuable as we were trying to go through the home buying process in parallel to our commitments at work.
